ONE ROOM STUDIO

An existing dilapidated detached garage gets replaced by a new garage with a one room studio above.  Accessed from the side yard positioned above the street, the new studio provides privacy and creates a quiet japanese inspired terrace.  The room itself is simple and uncluttered with a large window overlooking the terrace.
